Casino in Matheran?

In recent times, the Maharashtra government had proposed permitting a casino in Matheran. It would surely change the economy of this hill station, and also the kind of place it is. Matheran would never be the same old quiet and lazy place it is. Economical roadblocks have stalled this for now, perhaps for the good of Matheran, and those who love it.
