Sajan – The Right Getaway for Nature Lovers
Just a hop away from Mumbai is a natural paradise that has been rated as one of the “top 25 adventure destination in India”. That’s a huge achievement, considering how vast our country is, and the number of amazing adventure spots and the wide range of activities they offer. Introducing Sajan, which is a small village in the Thane district of Maharashtra. Sajan is 103 kilometers from Mumbai.
What makes Sajan so good? On a short trip, you can try kayaking, trekking, rock climbing, and even go on nature trails. In the evening, you can have a campfire barbeque dinner, as you gaze at the wide sky and see the galaxy panned out right in front of you. That’s a view you miss from the city because of all the lights and smog. Hold the hands of your partner while you do so – it is very romantic. Tell your kids about the night sky and nature – it is very educational and a humbling experience.
